HAMFILFY (“HAMFILFY,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as an approved affiliate partner of Medvi, a licensed third-party telehealth provider that independently offers medical evaluations, prescriptions, clinical communication, and fulfillment services for semaglutide-based weight-management treatment programs.

HAMFILFY is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, telehealth practice, or medical organization. All clinical assessments, medical intake evaluations, telehealth consultations, prescription determinations, treatment approvals, medication dispensing, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and customer service inquiries are handled solely by Medvi and its licensed clinicians or pharmacy partners. By using the HAMFILFY Platform and by engaging with Medvi’s services through our affiliate links or storefront, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services Provided by HAMFILFY

HAMFILFY’s role is to present general treatment information, product descriptions, pricing categories, program breakdowns, and guidance for access to MedVi’s secure clinical intake process. The Platform’s purpose is limited to facilitating user awareness and directing interested individuals to the official MedVi telehealth service portal. Any medical evaluation, communication, approval, denial, dosage determination, clinical monitoring, or modification of treatment is exclusively conducted by MedVi healthcare professionals. 2. Affiliate Relationship

HAMFILFY operates under an affiliate partnership with Medvi. This means:

When a user selects a treatment plan or product through the HAMFILFY storefront, they are redirected to Medvi’s secure intake or checkout system.
HAMFILFY may earn affiliate compensation based on referrals, but this compensation does not influence clinical decisions or patient care.
HAMFILFY does not participate in the telemedicine delivery process, does not supervise clinicians, and has no control over Medvi’s clinical or operational procedures.

All references to “treatment,” “plans,” or “products” on the Platform refer solely to services provided by Medvi.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Only individuals who meet Medvi’s eligibility criteria may proceed with treatment. Eligibility includes, but is not limited to:

Undergoing a telehealth consultation with a Medvi clinician

4. Purchase Process and Billing

All purchases made through the HAMFILFY storefront are ultimately completed on Medvi’s website. All financial transactions including subscription charges, refunds, disputes, alterations, or cancellations are governed exclusively by Medvi’s billing policies.

HAMFILFY does not collect, store, or process any payment data.
Payment security, recurring billing, discounts, promotions, or interruptions in service are strictly controlled by Medvi.

For billing concerns, users must contact Medvi directly.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

All medication dispensing, packaging, and shipping are facilitated by Medvi and its licensed pharmacy partners. HAMFILFY cannot guarantee delivery timelines, shipping availability, medication supply consistency, or carrier performance. Once a user has been approved for treatment, all order-related communications including tracking information, delays, replacement requests, and fulfillment issues are managed by Medvi’s support team.

HAMFILFY does not hold inventory, does not handle logistics, and cannot intervene in pharmacy-related operations.

6. No Medical Advice

All content provided through HAMFILFY including written descriptions, educational materials, FAQs, program explanations, dosing descriptions, pricing details, and informational guides is intended solely for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional medical advice, medical diagnosis, clinical recommendation, or guaranteed therapeutic outcome.
Before making any healthcare decision, users should consult a licensed medical professional. Only Medvi’s clinicians can provide authoritative medical guidance during the intake and consultation process.

7. Assumption of Risk
